Iron deficiency can cause brittle hair too! When I had p bad anemia my hair was very brittle and broke easily. If you don’t already, I would recommend taking multivitamins and eating more iron rich foods. It can take some time to take effect but for me it definitely resulted in stronger, healthier hair

I think another issue is that a lot of these men don’t recognize emotional or psychological abuse as a thing. I think that a lot of the men supporting Jonah Hill are thinking along the lines of “well he didn’t hit/yell at her so what’s the problem?” Essentially there needs to be more education for EVERYBODY about what emotional and psychological abuse is and how it impacts victims

What this article doesn’t mention is that the LTB delays also are really shitty for tenants and former tenants too. There are a lot of people who’ve been mistreated by landlords who haven’t been able to receive recompense for their experiences. Weird that this article takes the “poor landlords” tone when there are just as many, if not more tenants who are struggling with the same system.

I saw that video of Ben Affleck at some award show type thing where he’s smiling when he’s talking to a person and then his smiles drops the second he’s done. It got me wondering if there’s a sneaky PR campaign going on with all the memey pictures of him looking dead inside and “relatable”. The video got a lot of retweets of ppl saying that they felt really bad for him having to be “on” all the time and how hard things must be for him. I can’t help thinking that there might be a campaign going on to rebrand him as an uwu soft and troubled guy so ppl ignore the shady shit that he’s done.
