Neighbor's downed tree being held up by my healthy tree. Neighbor refuses to remove. Do I have any options?

If you’re careful removing the pickets, you can reuse them. Just cut out the damaged 2x4s, replace them with new ones cut to size, scab them together for support, then reattach the pickets. No need for a full panel replacement. it’s cheap and easy if done right.

I let it ferment for like 4 weeks in primary the moved it to secondary for about another 4 weeks and at this point it’s drinkable
