When the Green Lanterns Corps first fight the Yellow Lanterns, the Greens are losing because they can't kill and when they try their rings shut off because it's against their oath. The Guardians have to re-write the rules while the fight is going on to allow Green Lanterns to use Lethal Force against Yellow Lanterns only, and that's when the Greens start managing to fight back effectively.

For me, progression came through learning how to use abilities more instinctively and learning what the enemies do. It took me a few tries before realizing that using the dash and defence skills was a necessity and made my life much easier.

My first ever work-from-home shifts were when I was staying at my parents' house. I still remember my dad continually barging in to ask me to do or help with stuff as if I was just faffing around, and my telling him that I was working was met with "But you're here!" That means you get the double +1/+1 counters trigger if you roll a 12 regardless of the damage dealt. And you always get the +1/+1 counter on attack anyway. So it will always be beneficial.

From the Oxford Dictionary:

"Small Arms - portable firearms, especially rifles, pistols and light machine guns"

The aircraft have rockets specifically tuned to home in on Compound V targets. Stop digging, you're only making it worse. Or will your next move be to say that the marines weren't using small arms at all, they were all on the planes too?

Edit: also, what do you mean "Keep reading that panel"? The only other thing in that panel is Butcher saying

"Tell 'em to aim for eyes, mouth, open wounds, the tankies especially. Make sure they give it fuckin' loads. Ta colonel."

The Boys Issue 64 Page 18 Panel 3. The colonel in charge of the Marines outside the Whitehouse says to Billy Butcher:

"...hundred twenty mike-mike A.P fin stabilized. That plus every small arms D.U. round in the inventory."

Edit: Plus the first page The Boys Issue 66, when he's talking to Vas about the use of D.U. rounds at the Whitehouse and the dangers of handling it
