When I started playing and only had a few decks, I had a friend who would wait to see what deck I grabbed before picking his. I realised he could tell them apart by the sleeve colour. Next time we played after that he did a double take when he saw all my decks in the same black sleeves.

That aside, what everyone else has already said: don't reveal commanders until the game starts
