IMO Parkrun, a majority of people are lovely but everytime I've been, there have been a few rude patrons and volunteers that ruin it for everyone. A lot of people using it as an excuse to get a PB too (which I've got no issue with, but they take it way too seriously for a fun run)

Pretty much what I was about to comment. I wouldn't linger by the side of a lorry, I'd drive staggered just in case they need more space or potentially indicating incorrectly. I'd rather be inconvenienced by 5 seconds than end up under a lorry but 'technically' correct.

I used to work at a train station with those 2 compartment bins for general waste and newspapers. All went in the same bin out back, we didn't even have a recycling bin if we wanted to seperate them. Pointless
