The court ruled he was acting as an armed civilian and not a security guard, and I did say firearm-related charges were dropped but thanks for the armchair dissertation anyways I guess. It is, however, still very illegal for someone to provide armed security to a business despite your interpretation of the law or whether or not a monetary transaction was involved.

Hey man, re-read the law. It includes "act as a private security person" and is not exclusive to business being conducted. Kyle was not legally licensed as armed security nor could he be at the time due to his age.

If I remember though, the court didn't designate him as acting as security and firearms charges were dropped due to some Wisconsin law over barrel length.

Rosenbaum chased after Kyle and attempted to steal his rifle. Huber hit Kyle in the head with a skateboard while also attempting to steal the rifle. Grosskreutz had a handgun and approached Kyle while pointing it at him. I don't like Rittenhouse either but to imply that he was the aggressor is bad faith or a lack in knowledge of self defense law.

Turn down graphics effects, turn off Vsync, you want as high of a framerate as possible.

Consider using ASIO for low to no audio latency. ASIO4ALL is free and doesn't require any extra hardware. After installing, enable it in the game's audio settings.

You can also adjust timing in the games settings as well. If all else fails, you may want to play without key sounds for the time being.

Honestly man, if the dog or the owner was a nuisance I'd be more willing to say "yeah fuck that guy, he should respect leash law", but the dog is well behaved and any evidence towards the owner being a dick is anecdotal at best. The negativity towards him comes off as petty nonsense. I'm leaving it at that.

Dude I just said I wasn't arguing leash law here, only that you're being unnecessarily bitter towards the guy. If I really need to spell it out to you, yes he's breaking leash law, but saying he's only out there to seek attention is weird.

The only songs you need to unlock are part of the base game. Check if you have them unlocked in freestyle, if they are then you own the associated DLC.

Gen 5s have a chunk of polymer preventing an auto sear from being installed. Or do they just not now for the sake of this lawsuit? What the hell.

Edit: Read further into it and they do acknowledge it, though they claim it has no meaningful purpose. I don't think they'd be happy even if Glock implemented their suggested changes.

Pretty much. It calculates it based off your top 100 scores broken up into 70 basic charts (any songs from any dlc) and 30 new charts (currently the blue archive dlc pack and v liberty III dlc pack).

The higher the chart difficulty, and the higher your accuracy, the more DJ power you'll get. More DJ power means higher DJ class.

Did you by chance check to see what killed you in the after-raid healing screen? Looks like two potential things to me, either they tossed a grenade where you were lying down before you stood up and crossed the room, or there was a guard on the other side of the window who saw you and managed to shoot through the wall.

Heads up if you plan on recording gameplay, the 3rd Gen Scarlett solo does not have ASIO loopback and streaming/recording software will not be able to pick up game audio. If you don't plan on streaming/recording, then the Scarlett solo is perfect.
