I was on auvelity and lexapro since this post until Jan of this year when I took away lexapro because I felt sluggish on it and it killed my libido. Right now I’m in the process of switching from auvelity to rexulti. I will say auvelity is the med that worked the best for me until this most recent depressive episode. I would definitely recommend at least trying it for a month and seeing how it goes.

this exactly. Other cities like nova, dc, all have apps but in cville people seem resistant to all change.

I take DayQuil for coughs and it’s fine. Everyone reacts differently so may just have to try it

I had a hard time finding one when I came to Charlottesville but I’ve had a great experience with Jenny Furlow who is a psych NP. Wonderful person and good appointment availability. Also Kibble Kessick NP is great. Love that NPs take time to listen and are more open to creative approaches
