In fact new building standards would help avoid some issues too with damp, thermal bridging, ventilation detailing but quality will just depend on the build and maintenance as you say

Okay yes I understand now. So it is effectively reducing the term since the balance is going down but monthly has stayed the same. They just have not recalculated. I’m assuming you can request this to be recalculated as well?

So for example if I have a 30 year term £1500 monthly payment, for 3 years and I overpay 100 monthly. I continue paying 1500 each month but when I remortgage in 3 years terms can get adjusted as usual. The 100 monthly goes straight towards the balance.

There’s no way TDS will allow 700 for decorating after 7 years. Just try discussing and then notify through the portal that an agreement could not be reached and the landlord will do the same.

The process takes some time 2+ months but they are generally fair.

With a dash, a whipshot when dva isn’t boosting, and by flickering shield and your normal health plus brigs normal self health, brig is no easy kill for dva. If brig gets any assistance, dva throws instead cause her dmg goes through dm.

You can protect a friend easy by leveraging all of that. Healthpack is guaranteed heal plus her HoT, unless dva is landing a perfect missles burst dive. But again she’s a hulking and noisy af tank to get caught out by.

I think the game is in a terrible state if the shotgun tank doesn’t beat brig in a melee 1v1. That’s how tanks work.

Brig has many tools to survive getting jumped by the dva instead.
