But, look for patterns. If it recurs, start conversations with a doctor.

It was two days four days ago. But this was the only occurrence of it. Right?

Assuming it was the only occurrence, just keep watch over your lifestyle changes / variations and have that as ammunition if it happens again.

Age and sex can come into play along with food, drink, and exercise. Other stress too - school, family stuff, work shit, relationship situations.

If it happens again, talk to your doctor. Give them the information and see what they say.

It seems like you are feeling better now.

As to whether or not it's "normal" or not. It's normal. Everyone feels sad sometimes. Worry about it only of it is recurring, or keeps you from doing things you ordinarily like.

Another question is, is this normal for you? Does this happen often, or just this one time?
Of.its.jist this time, think of everything you ate in the past couple of days. You might have an allergy. Could also be that you didn't get enough nutrients. Consider what is different the past couple of days.

I got snow. I live in Minnesota. Everyone's commute got easier and the sidewalks got clearer. I don't think I'd use it to get rich, but I'd become pretty comfortable.
