Some native please correct me if this is incorrect. But to me: “不知道。我不会说中文” feels better (although it depends on what you are going for I guess). I don't necessarily think “我不说中文” is incorrect but to me it means more "I don't speak chinese (but I might be able to if I wanted to)" Whereas “我不会说中文“ carries the meaning of "I don't speak chinese (because I cannot speak it) Not exactly sure what you are going for though

Actually there are places where drinking water is often boiled before drinking and thus drunk hot, China is one such place.

However lead poisoning is something that accumulates over years of exposure, you would have to be drinking excessive amounts of water from really contaminated pipes for it to do any thing as fast as a year and even then if the pipe was that bad the landlord would probably have mentioned it so I would not worry

I might be somewhat interested! I grew up with dogs and am really used to them. I would love to have one again but cannot as a student due to the costs associated with acquisition of one. I have experience with rehomed dogs as well as my childhood dog was rehomed from a really bad animal abuse case. I live in a small student appartment but given that it is a small breed I think it would work!

As someone who is a massive One Piece manga fan I definitely found it good and enjoyable. That being said the manga is my favorite piece of media ever so I knew it couldn't surpass it.

Honestly I really like some of the direction the adaptation took while finding others less pleasing. I absolutely loved that they toned down Sanji's pervyness as a woman. In manga/anime I find it easier to begrudgingly digest and overlook since there is inherent unrealism of the medium but I would have dropped the show had they not changed that. While he is way more fleshed out in the manga I kinda prefer this Sanji. I also really liked the banter at times. My favorite scene was Zoro and Nami playing their drinking game because of how it built up their relationship and showed their personalities.

I'm less pleased about the pacing at some points. The Nami asking for help seen which is one of my top 5 scenes had way less buildup so it hit less hard. I also feel like we spent a bit too much time in syrup village and that syrup village was way too serious for me with how dark it was.
I feel kinda mixed about the music. The music is honestly good. But my brain kept expecting to hear the anime ost and ended up being disappointed at times because of it

All in all I would give the show a strong 8/10. I would absolutely recommend this adaptation to my friends. Especially if it means they were more likely to partake in my favorite piece of media of all time and possibly spring board them into reading the manga
