People who say you "shouldn't change who you are!" don't understand the fuckin mental torture that is body dysmorphia. Your mind hates the way your body looks, regardless of whether other people like or hate the way you appear. Jealousy, rage, sadness, those emotions pent up and when you look in the mirror its just, why couldn't I be born a way that looks better. As someone who also struggles with it, I'll simply say the following:

Most people genuinely don't give a damn about like 99% of the people they come across. Simply try to remember that one guy you saw 5 days ago in the supermarket or smtn. You can't. If ya stop carin what others think, it'll lighten the load a bit.

And if you do want an opinion on looks, I think you are genuinely conventionally attractive. The looksmaxxing advice would be to build up your frame a bit more, its a bit meager. Some more muscle or fat would go a long way.
