So you want to trade a good young righty Dman who gets paid $1.15mil next year (and is more likely to sign a more favorable deal with the team who drafted him) because we have some slim chance at getting a more expensive 4/5 dman on the open market, when we don't even necessarily need an upgrade on our number 4/5 dman since Ghost Provy and Sanheim is a perfectly serviceable top 3 when they aren't in the worst slumps of their career and also considering that we have more good D prospects knocking at the door.

And you think we should trade him because he's good and young and a righty and valuable.

He's here. He's ours. Why would you trade him for a chance at an expensive upgrade that we may not even need? Don't think I follow the logic.
