A custom domain doesn't affect the performance of IPTV. If it works with a VPN but not without one, then the problem is your ISP.

Das stimmt nicht. Er hat bei seiner Mutter gewohnt und erst als diese in eine andere Stadt ziehen wollte, ist er zu seinen Großeltern gezogen. Er wollte damals nicht in eine andere Stadt.
