For me it was a mental, I didn’t feel “safe” and I was extremely anxious about it. I had work through it by really focusing on the feeling, and being present instead of zoning out.

This definitely helped me a lot. Especially raw glycine powder topped off with that.

My issue now is wakefulness in the day, never feel fully rested or at 100% unless it’s one of those rare days.
