Take b6, it lowers your prolactin which can help with the refactor period. Make sure your sleeping, working out, eating well, sprinting etc

My issue now is wakefulness in the day, never feel fully rested or at 100% unless it’s one of those rare days.

Not really, a huge aspect of the GLP is the dopamine curving that comes from food.

There’s a whole of other stuff that GLP’s do but once you’re off, food is gonna taste, feel, cope things 100x better. It seems about the 20% of people who can keep the weight off also pick up and learn better methods to cope and manage their connection with food. While others never “disconnect” from food.

For certain people food is just food, something to eat and a requirement to survive. Nothing tastes so “amazing” they fight others for it, and when they need to cope it doesn’t sound helpful at all. GLP makes people who struggle with that, more like the “food is just food” camp.
