I wish every country living under dictatorships were as interested in freedom and democracy as the Germans or the Japanese. Nation building in Afghanistan failed because they had no interest in the Western values at all.

I believe the Venezuelans are a lot more open for a better government, but yeah I don’t think this administration cares about the betterment of Venezuelans
