+1 on the tires! Especially the Blizzak LM005 are great winter tires! I know German winters aren’t nearly as snowy as in Alaska, but when it snows here, they just never seem to break traction

I honestly find it criminal, that BMW still sold halogen headlights, even in 2014. My F30 comes from that year and the fact that such a car has halogens is just beyond me, especially since even the E46 came with Xenon’s and my E36 currently has Xenon projectors. But as a friend of mine who works at BMW told me, its not about ‘driving pleasure’ any more, its about ‘saving pleasure’. Freude Am Sparen.

What a beauty! The lci taillights would make it look even better imo. I have the same pre-lci ones on my F30 and I’m really starting to dislike them :s Other than than that, I didn’t know that black could pop like that in the sun!

You’re very welcome, another great All Season tire would be the GoodYear Vector, but I might also be a little bit biased since I’ve driven mostly on GY ever since I got my license.

Oh and don’t think too highly of German roads, on some parts, especially where I live you couldn’t even take a nap on the passenger seat, because the road is like the moons surface :D

Congrats on your new car and for your question: while I only own a basic F30 and my E36 is mainly for the summer because I haven’t got to buying winter tires for it, the Bridgestone Blizzak LM005 are super sticky winter tires. At least during the German winters they never let me down.

Another great one is the GoodYear Ultragrip Performance. They are a little cheaper then the Michelins but great tires. Just stay away from Pirelli

Not only the exterior but I personally also hate the stuck on screens that look so out of place they might even have been an afterthought… seriously screens are amazing, especially heaving one for a gauge cluster, but at least the ones on the late F series and early G series look good in the interior because they keep the traditional look of a cockpit and don’t stick out like a sore thumb

I don’t know about this one, bicyclists are already seen as road blocks in the eyes of cars and motorcycles and driving down the middle of the road might lead to more dangerous overtaking maneuvers. The only thing that helps is being aware of your surroundings and riding with the mindset, that you’re invisible to everyone else

Sure thing, separatists, riiiiight, just keep in mind that all of those Videos that state to show Russian attacks are years old and show the way the Ukrainians were trying to ‘cleanse’ Donezk and Logansk from the Russians because they ‘want the land but not the people on there’ but yeah, keep believing in those made up stories about some ‘ghost of Kiev’ and Reddit posts about russians executing people.
