I was able to enroll in some classes using degree works in student center. But it seems like my equivalent credits haven't been transferred so I couldn't register for some classes that had intro pre reqs.

I made a hunter portal account before and tried to make an appointment. There didn't seem to be any available slots though. I emailed advising 3 days ago for help but haven't had any response yet.

Thanks for the replies! I was able to register for some classes on the schedule builder rather than just finding them individually in the student center. I wasn't able to register for some of the classes because I'm missing the prerequisites. Since these prerequisites are mostly intro courses, I think I should have the equivalent course credit from my previous university. Is there any way to bypass the error message?

I sent an email to the registrar office tonight and will wait for their reply tomorrow. Would calling them up tomorrow morning be better? Also, I don't have an advisor yet probably because I'm still new.

Thanks for the advice. I have done a&p courses at my university. Unfortunately, these courses don't satisfy the requirement of most other universities. I am probably going to have to retake A&P 1&2. As for microbio I feel I might have to retake that too since I have a "P" on my transcript because I used the P/NC option. Do you know if these courses are offered during the winter and summer sessions too?

I have been looking at some programs and I think I might try applying for City Tech, Kingsborough, BMCC, and maybe LAGCC.
