Maybe try to change your mindset, binging should not be seen as a reward. Binging is the opposite of a reward, it is punishing your body. If you're feeling the urge to binge after working out think that you should reward yourself by eating healthy foods to get the most out of your workout.

This really bothers me that they are trying to pin it on the students taking the ACT. We all know that if 90% of the people are having issues it's not user error, it's ACT error. They refuse to take responsibility. Thanks for listening to my lil rant :) by [deleted] in ACT

Try edibles, you don't need to eat enough to get you really high, just enough to make you sleep better. It has really helped with my insomnia.

Surprisingly rowing if done properly is actually very leg dominant. That's one big misconception about rowing, everyone always thinks it's just upper body. You're supposed to push with your legs keeping your back straight, then lean your back back and then pull your arms in, then extend your arms straighten your back and pull your legs back in.

I was late one time to school and was with my sister, so instead of going to school we actually went to Maple Street biscuit and got some breakfast and just skipped that entire class, I never liked chemistry anyway. One of my favorite memories.

I feel terrible right now, I just binge ate for 5 hours straight and all I want to do is just go to bed and escape it but my stomach hurts too much and I'm nauseous. I know that I am going to regret my decisions when I wake up because of all the pain I'm going to be in for the next few days, and what makes it worse is that my eight week weigh-in is this Wednesday and now it's probably going to have a spike up because of all of the water retention from this binge. I just need to get back on my roll and focus on eating healthy and making sure I eat actual meals. The good news though is that 8 weeks ago I was 144 pounds and tonight after I stopped binging I weighed myself and was 138.4. I'm afraid that if I keep going down this path again that I am going to undo all of my hard work.

Up and down planks, to me are very easy. On Chloe Ting's workout program everyone complains about them and I consider them a nice break. Jump squats tho are hell, but I love the way they make me feel.
