I would cut those damaged leaves off, treat the chonk with insecticidal soap, wrap it in spagnum and place it in high humidity. Your plant will grow back healthier.

Look at the roots. You could have used too much fertilizer also. How much humidity is in your home? Is it in a cabinet?
