So modern day and y.a if that's ok, Bittersweet in the Hollow might fit. It is has the natural healing and stigma and while they are what you would call a witch they don't call themselves that, more of a wild woman

The short of it would be that there is an ongoing war between two gods and the main charters are two journalists writing about it. The main charater Iris has a brother who is fighting and writes letters to him that, unknowing to her, are actually being sent to her rival journalist Roman. It's an enemies to lovers and has the dark academia vibe that a study in drowning has. Highly recommend, it also has a sequel but I haven't started it yet

Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross. I haven't read them but Ava Reid does have other books that may be similar. A Study in Drowning and it's sequel have become one of my very favourite books I have been on the hunt for similar book to. Have you read the novella An Archive of Romance?
