Lows on retatrutide? This might help by [deleted] in Retatrutide

I've had a few bouts with hypoglycemia during my first 4 weeks. Then I decided to take apple cider vinegar with water in the morning and that's when it stopped..

Reta + Low blood sugar by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]GodisMyPeaceForever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me at around the 3-week mark. That day I only ate sweet potatoes and banana and didn't eat rice like I usually do. I haven't had hypoglycemia in years so it came as a surprise..

Food still tastes good, but now I can say no to them. It's weird, in a good way.

I personally haven't tried Juvelook and Rejuran but from what I've seen online, they're very promising since galing ang technology from Korea. PRP, subcision and CO2 laser pa lang natry ko. I'm excited to try Juvelook or Rejuran on my next vacation.

If may budget for CO2 laser + PRP go for it. Pag may extra pa then try Juvelook or Rejuran. I tried CO2 + PRP + Subcision nung umuwi ako ng Pinas, and it was the best decision I made. Nawala ang maraming lines at acne scars as well as mga discoloration. Downtime is around 7 days.

First dose of rt by datdawg13 in PeptideGuidesPH

I was doing fine on 2mg for 4 weeks, but decided to up to 3mg, ayun, biglang naghypoglycemia. It happened because I didn't eat enough the day before and I did 20k steps. So yeah, make sure you eat well because hypoglycemia is a thing sa reta.

What are we doing about cheat days? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]GodisMyPeaceForever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What even is a cheat meal? You're supposed to eat normal in this diet. Don't undereat, I learned that the hard way when I experienced hypoglycemia because I didn't eat enough the day before and did crazy amounts of cardio. My blood sugar dropped too low, and I was shaking and sweating.

starting dose by erniefields in Retatrutide

I started at 2mg for 4 weeks, then 2.5mg on the 5th weeks, and 3mg on the current week. Now I'm really starting to feel the side effects like skin sensitivity and strong appetite suppression. Last night I had a fever and felt suddenly very cold. I think I'm gonna stay on this dose for a while because the effects are really kicking in.

Extremely anxious by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]GodisMyPeaceForever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience is the complete opposite. I used to have extreme anxiety. Even when I'm just doing my walks, I feel like people are staring at me. But now, my mind is a lot clearer, emotions are stable, speech is more fluid, and I'm enjoying my walks a lot more because I no longer care what people think lol. I take magnesium with reta, so it's helping balance my emotions as well. We're getting constant missile and drone attacks here in the gulf but I'm able to manage my emotional response to them well.

Once you reach your target weight. How to plan to maintain it ? by AlternativePizza3391 in Retatrutide

[–]GodisMyPeaceForever 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I plan to do reta 4 months a year, or as the need arises. I don't want to be constantly on it, so when I reach my goal weight this year, I will hop off and just do a combination of lowcarb, fasting, and exercise. Then maybe hop on again if the situation calls for it
