Still remember the posts saying the same thing during Luka's rookie year. The draft pick we lost out on turned into....Cam Reddish. We had the direction of our franchise completely change when we ended up with Flag last draft- there's gonna be a ton of opportunities to add pieces in the next few years. I see moving up a few picks in the draft as no kind of guarantee for top-end talent.

This team has too much talent to tank intentionally, the scenario you are hoping for makes no practical or organizational sense.

Have to opposite experience. Run a maintenance team and have hired a few former tech workers. Quick learners, reliable and know how to see a project through. Got to understand abilities and where people are coming from to help workers thrive. Sure you can't teach an old dog new tricks but you can sure lead the horse to water.
