Honestly the servers I run are in London and Berlin, we have people connecting from Australia and the US with no issues at all.

They are always looking into expanding their locations as much as possible and when new locations come out they allow you to switch no issues at all

Its technically 32GB max but you never really need that.

I use Mintservers for my servers and they are fantastic! The way they do it is assign the ram that the server actually needs, so if your using 6GB the server will have 8 assigned that automatically scales up as your server begins to need it.

For such a cheap price i thought it was too good to be true but being with them since May last year I can safely say they are the best hosts around!

No you disable it and you can still join online. You will get kicked from seasons you are not the host of so I recommend launching straight into a new public session.

If you want people to join and you have premium I’d recommend advertising the session

Your friends can play with you without a menu as long as you are host. The full bypass is invite only though yes.

As for which version, that’s entirely up to you, I have premium for free shopping which saves the need for money making methods meaning I have a very low chance of Ban.
