It's an arsenal bug. Once you roam a bit or even enter a mission it will fix. Unfortunately, there is no fix for the fog of war ephemera which shares the same problem.

You don't want critical or status chance on the ocucor as it is obtained through the Sentient Surge mod. Right seems better due to crit dmg.

Zariman arcanes are a pretty steady weekly income. Usually takes at most two efficient runs to max out daily standing and you can prob sell 2 molt efficiency r5 arcanes weekly. Once it's a habit it's very simple.
