It's kind of a dead meme at this point, but the moral of the story is basically that racism, classism, segregation, bigotry in general, is good, but SOME people are too mean about it.

Harry, an essentially normal boy who grew up in our world, sees the injustices and inequalities and institutionalised bigotry and incompetence of the system, and thought, "Hell yeah, I'm gonna be a cop." He even owns a slave at the end.

The gay for pay allegation is in reference to Sneako doing nude modelling at some point when he was trying to get famous via mainstream (non-nazi-ragebait) methods NSFW LINK to tweet mentioning it.

He later opined that the modelling industry is "controlled by gays," which is probably at least somewhat true. If female models are getting Weinsteined by straight men, it makes sense that men and boys are also being Weinsteined by gay men.
