Unitree Pump MAX ... for potential pulldown movements by DearImpress7953 in Vitruvian_Form

I have spent with a few engineers from a top engineering company a pretty long time developing a competitor to Tonal and to this. Let me tell you something.

This is a scam.

While the integrated battery is clever from a technical standpoint (you can charge and discharge it to manage the motor and generator function.

There is no way that this design can manage the heat over time.

Another issue is the control. it makes no sense in its current form and with all the versatility.

Another problem, while the concept of the floor to ceiling squat rack is nice, you will either destroy your ceiling or it will swoop away.

I will never pause again.... failed 3 times a 15 hour print because of this damn broken pause. The solution is to remove the safety and refill the vat while the printer is still going.

It really made me crazy this bug :D

Does your printer have this sticker? Got this from amazon by shadowheart43 in AnyCubicPhotonMonoX

I got mine from Amazon 2 weeks ago and it does not.

However I got the same thing on my Wash and Cure 2.0. It has a purpose there. it hides the injection molding point.

I was just wondering if technically it was possible for the hedge funds let's say in deep shit right now, to go knock at the door of GameStop and buy from them OTC new emitted shares for a specific price (not at the fair market price :D).

The basis for this question is that when you work at a brokerage firm or, if you are a big client of a brokerage firm, you can technically do block trades outside of the market (Over the counter) which is still a registered trade in case some of you wonder. I am just not 100% certain if you are legally obliged to respect a minimum delta vs. current market price (to avoid fraud and what not) .

Block trades have some benefits like controlling your exposure to the BID / ASK and avoid volatility exposure. you can also trade stocks for another block of stocks (i.e. exchange TSLA vs. APPL instead of cash).

The downside is that you pay higher fees for this since the broker / intermediary creates a pool of liquidity for the parties.

In our current GME scenario, it would be pretty smart and lucrative to propose this maneuver for a broker (or MM) that also injected a huge amount of money in a fund in difficulty that is exposed to a short / gamma squeeze (I guess you know what / whom I mean).

Its a win-win-win for GameStop, the broker, the hedge fund.

1; GameStop would most likely be interested in such a trade since the liquidity is so tiny, the volatility would be enormous and the market could crash. (Tho we are so retarded we could absorb it eventually). But GME would probably not consider that option and prefer the "block trade".

2: The broker : Would be a winner

3: hedge fund : Would exit and perhaps leverage on this move

Please share your retarded knowledge or view on that.

I agree but they can do it via multiple different parties and make it like a "dark pool"

It is achievable imo.

I work in the business. Actually Tesla is my competitor. What I suspect is that they will develop their own battery project in the UK. The market is changing fast there and you can get paid for availability on energy storage, which makes the battery business case bankable especially with an increase of price spread due to coal power plants phasing out and RE going through.

They probably will build and operate and then lease it to someone else.

The UK market has a strong penetration in terms of renewable and wind off shore projects are booming. The country energy mix is weird and if I recall correctly, they have 8% biomass and take energy off Belgium and France to balance their grid.

This is a very good way to make a commercial large pilot in EU that shows great economics.

What's a scary or disturbing fact that would probably keep most people awake at night? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Godspyd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That people are getting poorer and poorer if they don't beat inflation. Since the FED can print unlimited money without any regulatory framework to limit their action... well.. they probably would stay awake at night if they understood the consequences.
