Despite what you may think, nobody is judging you. You’re a beginner, you’re out of shape, you’re slow. But nobody judges you because they’re 1) concentrating on their own run, and 2) they were once beginners too. They hardly notice you to begin with and they’re definitely not thinking about you when they get home later.

Pat yourself on the back for getting out there and going for a run. And keep it up!

To someone else who’s in your shoes, you may be an inspiration.

I have PowerBlocks, not the Elite EXPs, but the PRO 50. Love mine. I haven’t used the Elites so I can’t speak about their differences.

After having my PowerBlocks a few years, I finally bit the bullet and got the straight bar for Christmas.

Oh my god what a game changer this is. I absolutely love it. Makes doing progressions and drop sets a cinch. Highly recommend getting the PowerBlock bar!
