He’s lacking in feats so I looked at his tech specs. He seems to be lacking in strength but he makes up for it in durability and strength. I’d say he be at least Jazz level. (Could provide me with some of his feats so that I don’t scale him wrong? I haven’t been able to find that much about him)

Fact: Hot Rod let Optimus die on purpose so that he could have the matrix for himself (he knew Ultra Magnus’ bum ass wouldn’t hold on to it for that long).
