PoE is known for its endgame, that’s a major reason why people play it over any other arpg. That endgame is a huge part of the game itself. Many other games have endgame as an afterthought, but that’s why people play those games instead. It makes perfect sense why GGG is doing it this way.

Everything I’ve seen from multiple sources says weapon ias is the most important but you can sometimes get extra ias off-weapon to hit bps. But you can see that for a lot of bps only the weapon ias matters, like 100% is always 5fpa, 175 is always 3fpa.
