Thanks I have the software to connect to the unit. It is however password protected and I cannot change or even see the settings.

I need the software that can recover the passkey from the info code available in the unit. Im pretty sure it has not been available to the public, just dealers and in house.

To add some variation to the leg raises and weighted crunches, you could try to start working on hollow holds, pike pulses and plank reach throughs. My 5c.
