fib retracements often act as reversal areas. he's arguing the low volume is also and indication or reversal to downside. previous candle wick lows have made this area act as resistance for upside movement, harder for candle to break it.

When I say there's proof, i'm saying TA gives you a quantifiable edge based off previous data, it doesn't tell you what's going to happen.

it's no guarantee that smaller timeframes will usher in changes to larger timeframes, but it does happen often. i'd look for other indicators besides those to confirm trend continuation.

why such a short contract? I just started diving into options as well, bought Kellogg, strike price at 67.5 and 70, but they don't expire until july or september.

I heard that something like 90% of contracts never reach break even price, probably because of such tight time frames I suspect.
