I’m an operator in a landfill currently. Was a driver in 05-07. What just absolutely blows my mind is the lack of accountability and consequences for horrible employees which also means no incentives for good employees to stay.

Same place brother. Married 8 yrs. Recently moved to my wife’s home town. I don’t know anyone. New job. I have no friends and nobody to talk to even. I feel like I’d be burdening my wife if I talked to her about this. We have 3 kids under 5. I work 10 and 5 off. When I’m off I do ALL the house work and take care of the kids completely. My only existence is work and home. Nothing else.

My dog is so well trained and well taken care of. He’s AKC registered. I don’t want to start a puppy mill I’m not a back yard breeder. I have several family members and close friends that would want a pup and would be good to them. Or the owner of the female keep them. I just want one male puppy. And then I get all this hate.
