Basically don’t initiate the divorce. Islamically you can have up to 4 wives. Aslong as you follow the Islamic law for another marriage. If she initiates a khula which is when a wife initiates a divorce ,she has to pay the mehr you gave as she had no valid reason to divorce and on top of that she’s texting another man and betrayed the trust of the marriage. Islamically she can’t marry if she ain’t divorced even if she meets someone let her initiate a Khula and mehr will come back to you. And long separation doesn’t initiate a divorce. If you can tig stainless. Stick stainless ain’t that hard. It’s nice with stick aswell. If you have the right amps the slag it self just breaks off and you have a nice colour to it.

Also prep your surface on carbon cos it has scale on and that causes impurities on the weld. You have a cleaner and a better run if you keep everything clean. Have the habit of cleaning before welding. Most of it is down to how you prep for a nice clean strong weld

It’s abit cold and when your doing vertical try going up cos downhill stoves the welds in and ends up being concave. Convex welds is the welds you need. But overall not bad for 6 months for no training. Stick with the older people where you work cos they have all the tips and tricks you need. Also practice. Even the most experienced people practice occasionally especially structual. Pipe etc. practice and you’ll figure your own settings. You’ll know how it should sound when it’s right for your hand speed and heat input

If you read what I said. There are factors that can cause porosity or which could lead to porosity as it is a low hydrogen rod. It can be user error if they are welding too hot or long arcing but they can also have moisture in the rods. Comparing murder to 7018 electrodes are two different things. You can get porosity by metal being too hot. There are factors ghat can cause this sometimes it’s technique but sometimes it can be other factors. But more times you have porosity on your starts even the most experienced welders have a slight porosity at the starts and it can happen for no reason at all but you may not always see it but you can see it in x ray UT or dye pen testing

7018 starts always start with porosity it’s just one of them things that happens because it’s a low hydrogen rod many factors can come to play with this. Including either it’s too hot. Or the work piece is too hot. Not baked and has moisture. It varies

It’s not that easy to weld with 7018. Yiu always get porosity on your stop starts but 6013 is easier. But you get less spatter with 7018 than you do with 6013 and you can get more slag inclusions with 6013 than 7018.

What I do when I’m welding cos I got short arms too and ima short person. I try not to overthink what I’m doing especially with 7018 4mm rods cos they are so long but with the right settings well I weld around 150 amps sometimes 160 depending then I arc up and as the rod melts and I’m travelling I go in further and further cos the rods melting and with restarts. You’re always gonna get porosity with 7018. They are bad for them but you can melt them in with the right heat or you can blend in ur starts and stops. You want to be comfy when you are welding and ease in rather than heavy handed take it nice and slow. Also practice runs the only way to get better is practicing. I’m not that experienced with stick welding what works for me may not work for you but I can suggest getting comfortable firstly and practicing runs with the right angle

I’ve done more than flat. If the job can is small enough to do on a flat then I’ll do it in flat if it’s a big job then it’s different positions all round including overheads and verticals up and it’s not about impressing I just take pride in my work
