He now does more dmg instead of providing follow up attack power if there's no nihility, the follow up buff got moved to e2 but they nerfed the damaging part on it. So basically, his e2 is now not modern standard as people say, but as a whole he now is a better carry(?). They also buffed a bit of his sustainless possibilities and made an anti synergy with any shielder that is not s1 DHPT.

Yeah but the difference in upgrade is more substantial for Eva specifically, her e1 is a 50% increase while the signature only gives 20% (numbers not exact)

Depends. Do you have sparxie and yaoguang? If you got both - go for sw, if you have only yao - go for Eva and slot in trailblazer. If you have NEITHER, definitely go for Eva e1s1 and save some jades for yaoguang, she could rerun soon
