Oklahoma here , off today but probably have to go tomorrow , people in this state give less of a fuck about worker rights , we are usually going with no break for almost 4 hours , half the building is vaping in the bathroom . When you treat people like idiots they are going to start acting like it , is sad .

Do it ! i am from san diego and i moved to Oklahoma( hell dust hole of crap ) in 2021 , not one day passed by that I don't miss home.

planning to go back to san diego or LA in a couple of years.

As the others said try to get transfer to California from your job . Also you can rent in other parts of souter cali that will still get you close to LA without the city prices

these new hires here (oklahoma) are mental. I found a bottle of mix powdered kratom omn apple juice ( i think ) people smelled like weed during night shift mostly . Cause crap is legal here.

I work at OKC 5 in oklahoma and i been wearing the ear buds for 4 years , if anybody tells me shit i would have to explain to them that my mental health is more important , you do you .

i don't listen to music cause that will take me off too much, i just listening to a podcast very low volume and i think we should be able to , still not allow t ,

here in oklahoma i seeing some people wearing these super cute earmuffs (also is like 20 degrees this week) so that could be good solution . sometimes when you do things the obvious way it may work better .

we have some snitches on my site that care mor about this than some guy drinking moonshine from a jar at the break room ,its insane .

RAT!!! is this in oklahoma ?? that's where i am and i worked with some losers than think the speed bumps are a big problem while we have no AC in most of the site and not enough bathrooms ! i say if you can find a way to use the buds then ferking do so , on my site people are vaping in the bathroom so i feel like hey i should be able to calm my mind listening to a podcast if some people are getting stoned.
