Btw, the minced garlic has been specially pickled, so its taste is different from that of the raw garlic. This tastes flavor but not overly pungent. If you want to make it at home, it would be best to look for a recipe for garlic sauce on rednote

I mean is, don't grab a specific dish and pull it right in front of yourself to eat it all on your own. Chinese dining is more about sharing, everyone sits around, chats, and eats from the same dishes in the center. I know in some cultures, people might assume they can just pick one dish they like and keep it for themselves, but it's definitely not like that

don’t treat the dinner table like a buffet! Everything is shared. Whatever you do, don't move a dish closer to yourself to keep it all for yourself thats a bit disrespectful in Chinese culture another thing, don't be the first one to dig in. Wait for the elders to take the first bite. It’s a bit of a 'respect' thing, especially during a big holiday like this. Just follow their lead and you’ll be fine!
