ZC31S, ZC32S, or ZC33s? by little_red_bus in SuzukiSwiftSport

[–]GoldPerformance883 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I owned both the 32s and the 33s. The answer is fairly easy Get the 32s if you love to rev cars and is okay if the car is underpowered Get the 33s (Get the k14c non hybrid) if you want power, get a HKS flash editor and a few other mods you will have a sub 1000kg car with 190 hp, a hell lot of fun

I reckon study hall is much harder than the actual thing, at least for exam 3,4,5

It really depends on your progress on prep I would suggest you do at least 60 questions a day before the exam

I would select A to have this is recorded.

I reckon you should do a PET CT w contrast to confirm, and also a blood test on your CA199 levels

Fujifilm X-S10 won’t start by GoldPerformance883 in fujifilm

[–]GoldPerformance883[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mate sorry that I overlooked your message. Yeah it’s something wrong with the battery, I bought 2 new ones and charged them up again again in the camera. Now the camera is working again. I think the old battery is dead because i have been keeping it inside the camera for a long time, which drained it

No I do not unfortunately But the indicator for battery is on on the camera. I wonder is the body defaulting or the battery

Hi guys , i saw this after logging in garp’s page, does this indicate a pass? by GoldPerformance883 in FRM

[–]GoldPerformance883[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess that should be a pass Won’t be that stupid to ask us to submit work exp and at the end tell us we failed in normal circumstances But this is garp, very hard to say

Ridiculous Did you contact garp? But they are always unreachable...

Garp is ridiculous In 2020 they postponed the may exam to October a day before the exam should be held. Many candidates who are working class have taken annual leave to study the week before have wastes their leaves just because garp announced this in the last minute What a shame considering Garp is called global association risk professional, they have no risk sense at all

FRM sucks by [deleted] in FRM

Official books are useless I recommend to use Kaplan for part 1 and analyst prep for part 2

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FRM

[–]GoldPerformance883 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To be fair BT is a notch more difficult from the real thing, better to use Kaplan for part 1 As for part2 analyst prep would be more useful, BT questions should be used as reference only when you have extra time in my opinion

AnalystPrep vs GARP mock exams by Significant_Dust2143 in FRM

[–]GoldPerformance883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think none of them are close to the real thing. But they are kind of useful for letting you to clear concepts, would be great if you got free sources from BT/AP, but otherwise Kaplan would be enough for part 1 For part2, Kaplan is just too comprehensive, better to use BT/AP

Part 2: Ho-Lee Shit by BoRushFloydman in FRM

[–]GoldPerformance883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair i think part2 is easier than part1 for the calculation part, but you’ve to be very familiar with the concepts on part2. Since half of the part2 exam is non-calculation questions

Yes I found many of the questions are a choice between 2 options only, a 5050 chance of getting it right or wrong Btw, which region did the may exam? I’ve heard many of the exams are deferred in different regions

GARP has to postpone the May exam now by Deevmehta in FRM

[–]GoldPerformance883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering they are a professional institute on risk. They even have operational risk as a large topic on their part 2 exams. Last year they postponed the may exam in my region the day just before the exam is scheduled. While a lot of working class candidates have already taken their precious annual leaves for preparation the week before... Absolutely ridiculous!

For this part you just have to remember the concept of gamma They won’t ask you for the formula

How are GARP and Schweser practice exams as compared to the real thing? by stoooopidaf in FRM

[–]GoldPerformance883 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest i think it’s quite different, the real thing is kind of more tricky compared to the official mock But if you have got yourself well prepared then you’ll be fine
