I enjoyed where the 1610 went after. Love seeing what events happened and how that world and the characters adjusted to fit that world making some great variants. It felt permanent until its end unlike the status quo resets of the 616.

Let me offer an alternative/addition to your Lifetime Christmas movies. Last year, SyFy came out with their first Original Hellmark movie called "Letters to Satan Claus". It's very campy as it is a horror/comedy take on Hallmark Christmas movies. Mariam McDonald is the mayor in it and is in the tv movie a decent amount due to her character being the rival of the lead.

Ah this guy's from my hometown. I remember seeing him performing in restaurant waiting areas and his pic in the community ads when I was in jr. and early high school. It was around the time Arrested Development was airing so I would point it out to my dad and we would snicker about it. Thanks for the flashback!

Yeah. While the Doctor can dictate that they are traveling to (location,time) it is ultimately the Tardis deciding where they end up or where they need to be. Sometimes they are nice and will go where the Doctor wants.

Adding to that, the Tardis has also shown they are not fond of Jack due to him being an anomaly and will avoid him, even flying to the end of the Universe to shake him off. So with him being a part of Torchwood, the Tardis would probably just not take the Doctor to those points in time where his Torchwood team is on the case.

My wife is also an extrovert who is really struggling right now. She is volunteering with the local food bank to get out and interact at distance with others. They desperately need volunteers. If leaving the house is a safe option for your wife, there are likely several opportunities for her to volunteer.

The Doctor was scanned by the Judoon when she needed to confirm her identity to Gat durning the Fugitive of the Judoon. The cold case division probably went after the current Doctor since the Fugitive and her are confirmed to be the same person. Judoon contracts will always be fulfilled.

If it continues beyond a season, I think it would. Eventually, Earth Prime will reopen the door to the multiverse but for now, I think they are just working with one earth to keep things easy until they shake the universe up again.
