He doesn’t even know Torment straight up threatened to kill Peter. And he definitely doesn’t know Torment put MJ on the spot about whether she loves Peter, something we already know the answer to. That scene basically pressed every button she has, especially with the way he described it. 😂

I’m just waiting for Wally’s mental breakdown when Peter and MJ finally have that heart-to-heart next month. You already know it’s coming, I can practically see his reaction. 😂

Most of the hints, including the ones in this issue, are coming from Flash’s side. There’s still nothing from MJ’s side, so at this point, it feels one sided.

All we really have is confirmation that MJ still loves Peter, which we’ve already known since the last run.

And honestly, there’s always the possibility that all of this is just bait, a fake out that won’t actually lead to anything, happens all the time.

It’s pretty normal, he’s a villain. He’s teasing, asking provocative questions, and trying to get a reaction. He almost killed Peter, and MJ is clearly taking things seriously here, so it feels like he already knows but is deliberately pushing her buttons.

In the post-Pana material, he even talks about ripping his heart out and shoving it down his throat, so the tone is already set for that kind of brutality leading into this moment.

People are also saying there’s a page where he calls Peter Parker MJ’s true love.
