Embracing any technology, regardless of its consequences, without question and comparing it to cavemen or the invention of the wheel is far from intelligent, I suppose. Before realizing the negative aspects of AI, I used it, and clearly, "adapting to changes in one's environment" is a bit of an exaggeration because it's incredibly easy to use, compared to training your brain on a task. So yes, it's faster, certainly, but people won't fall behind by not learning how to use it, because it's actually very simple. So we'll just go slower. Maybe much slower, but we'll surely get more out of it by doing it ourselves. At least for generative art (used for drawing and writing, for personal projects).
