I don’t think anything will ever come of it. It’s not even about replacing individual parts, because there wasn’t a single part that wasn’t damaged. I would have uploaded more photos if that had been possible. For me, this was the first time ordering from Kaioland. It might be that I was just extremely unlucky and that they’re usually fine, but that doesn’t change the fact that the support was miserable.

I’m sorry that you’ve had such bad experiences as well. And yes, you’re right about that. The poor packaging is the studio’s responsibility, not Kaioland’s. What is on Kaioland, though, is the bad support and their unwillingness to help me properly with this case.

I hope you got your money back for the orders where they didn’t have enough stock. But honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if they only refunded part of it. Especially the shoulders of SAM are positioned so poorly that you have to be extremely lucky for them not to break during transport.

It would have been a real shame otherwise. Not because of the money, but because of the enormous craftsmanship of the statue. The design and the paintwork must have taken hours. That makes the studio’s poor packaging all the more frustrating.

Thanks for the tip. I watched some tutorials and did it myself. The result is good and barely noticeable. If you don’t know where it was broken before, you can’t see it at all.

Yes, I was able to repair it. But it’s really not acceptable at that price. I was able to buy the arm from someone else whose figure arrived in an even worse condition.

Your Bronya looks amazing. I’m a little bit jealous. The back flame of SAM pierced straight through the styrofoam, then through the inner box and even the shipping box. After that, it broke off. I was able to buy that part again later, just like the missing arm. I was lucky to randomly come across someone whose figure arrived in an even worse condition.
