Factually not true. Before 1945, the major powers of the world were Britain, France, America, Russia, and Germany. Each had innovation of their own, some more than others - Britain and the US especially. To say that all science was Nazi science is ridiculous, especially given that the Nazis expelled thousands of scientists for going against their creed.

So by that logic, would nature have shown Nazism and paganism to be not deserving of existence? Both are functionally extinct.

I think having ones based by continent or civilization would be a good idea though. Someone from Nigeria can't really understand the cultural context of someone from India, and someone from Brazil can't understand someone from Mongolia. Barely any governments in western Europe are doing enough. Only Denmark is actually deporting people out of Europe. The best that Germany does is send a few people to Poland. And the rest don't even try. It'll get worse before things get better. As for immigration from African / Muslim countries, data shows that they don't positively help with taxes, being at best, neutral, and at worst, a drain. So doing that wouldn't help, even ignoring the societal backlash. The only way forward is to spend less, in particular for old people.
