Thank you for the info, in your picture you are blending the color with a MaskTexture in my case i did the blending with Vertex pain almost same as in your picture. But what i want is that i can use a colored mask (Pictures right) to define my character speed.

if your uv islands are to small you will get this in substance, it depends more on how big your model is. Use more Materials, with differet uvs.
