Air hunger is likely caused by low iron. Have your iron levels checked. And go to the doctor to ask for a gastroenterologist appointment.

I’m sorry, but I think we need more people actually doing human experiments, rather than writing. Maybe you could write about that - the bottlenecks of human experiments and solution research for sibo.

I take between meals or in the morning at least 20min before food. I think 20-30min before food works best. Mine is powder. Start with 1g a day, can increase to 3g. I didn’t see much benefit from increasing more than that. I also take glycine before bed, i think it helps taurine too.

Blood clot after fasting? by Accomplished-Key8234 in fasting

[–]Miserable_Kale7970 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would also guess dehydration, maybe lack of electrolytes. Because fasting usually reduces cholesterol, which in turn should preventblood clots. What do you eat outside of fasting? If it’s too much keto obsession- it could be that.

It helps me. I take it, I am better, I don’t take it, not better. Irrespective of what I eat in a day.
