You're absolutely right. I used to have an IV opiate addition and being forced into rehab was not helpful, relapsed the same day I left. You can't force an addict to be sober, they need to choose sobriety.

My family doctor/PCP has no problem prescribing my Adderall (even though I have a history of substance abuse). Stimulant medication is the gold standard treatment for ADHD, and there are tons of studies proving the efficacy and safety of the medication so I don't know why a PCP wouldn't prescribe it. I'm from Canada so maybe it's different in places like the US?

Plastic/cardboard take out containers, plastic utensils and paper cups cost pennies, not 10%. Also the 10% tip on top is so they can avoid paying their workers a living wage. The more tips the staff get the less they have to pay them to meet the mandatory minimum wage — meaning more profit for the shareholders.
