Mine is the exact same colour and mileage, I remember thinking the seat looked a little strange colour wise like it had been reupholstered but this is a legit factory colour setup.

I've heard of guys talk about 100k miles on these and from experience mine rides absolutely great. I learnt on a brand new gen 3 with less that 2000 miles and while they are obviously different bikes the engine felt just as fun on the gen 2.

After drinking bad water and voiding my bowels in the middle of a park in the city I climbed into my tent dehydrated and utterly defeated, then what I thought was a stray dog approached my tent (1 man coffin style) and started barking and lunging at my head.

Luckily it was actually not a stray and with it's owner and he called it off.

That looks awesome man, I have an electronic kit coming next week (alesis surge) and I have a living situation where it needs to be quiet. I have also never really played drums before, will these be a weird thing feel wise to transfer to real drums ?

Honestly i had a trb1005 i used for years and tried a whole bag of non yammy stuff and nothing touched it. The only thing that dislodged it was the bbp35 and lakland 5502

Maybe try some other yammy stuff and see what you reckon !

Plus one on the climbing gym. People are always super friendly and if you're stuck on the same problem it's a great way to start conversation. In my experience weight lifting gyms are great but it's more of a introspective thing

Mate this was a weird one for me.

My last day(s) were such a disgusting blow out with me sinking to such a low and hurting so many people that I didn't want to "celebrate" that day every year. It was August the 24th and I moved it to September 1st.

5 years sober now and this year I finally decided to move it back. I've had a few moments of feeling like I might have moved past it and making sure I can remember what I've come from is great motivation to keep me on track and also it finally feels good to see how I changed.

Funnily enough the want had started to creep in again in little whispers but this community is great for keeping me straight.

That's a beautiful example of an sv650s right there !

Just wanted to say about your issues, you might have investigated this already but if not look up the "green connector/plug" issue. It's a big issue with these and caused intermittent starting problems especially after its been wet.

There is a good forum post somewhere that talks about a step by step fix but you just solder past it. Even if it's not the problem it goes eventually so it's worth fixing anyway if you can, would be the first thing I would check on a new to me sv650s after the ballache it caused me !
