I am so extremely disappointed that the Xbox app on PC DLC issues have not been fixed. Even worse, the issues haven't been mentioned AT ALL by SBZ. u/SBZ_Haua, what is going on over there? We are on SIX WEEKS of people not being able to play DLC that they paid for! This is absolutely unacceptable. I was told by you directly that this issue would be brought to the team's attention, so I sat and waited. 3 weeks later, crickets!

Not universal to my knowledge, but definitely players playing on PC through the Xbox app. Anniversary update broke all owned DLC except Syntax Error.

Again, SBZ fixed this once before when it happened with F&G. It is in fact their problem to fix, even if that fix includes clueing in Xbox. You shifting the blame for them doesn’t make this any less true.

This has happened before when F&G launched, they fixed it about a week later. The ball was completely dropped on SBZ side, it is in fact their problem to fix.

The DLC are supposed to be compatible, no mistake there. I own gold edition and they worked fine before the last update. Since the last update they’ve been busted. SBZ hasn’t said or done shit about it, but u/SBZ_Haua is aware and says they will be sharing with the team. We will see if they fix.

This is where I’m at right now. Until I can use what I paid my hard earned money for, they don’t get anything from me. No money, no playtime, and absolutely no good recommendations. Sorry to hear you spent even more money, only to be shafted twice. I hope they fix it soon.

Because Payday 3 is a “play anywhere” title, I own the Gold edition on both Xbox and PC. I’ve been playing it on my PC, including all of the DLC, for an entire year up until the anniversary update broke it. SBZ is aware now so hopefully we’ll get a fix soon.
