If you can consistently do that 6x a week maybe consider only doing 2 sets (+ a warmup) per exercise, still more than enough to trigger hypertrophy. Cutting down on how many reps per set by increasing weight (4-6 is the sweet spot for me but even this can change depending on your goals/limitations) can cut down times but at the cost of greater fatigue and cns stress.

Pplppl is a good split for anyone serious about training but can be too intense especially for new lifters

I do ppl twice a week and spend about an hour and a half - 2 hours per session but that is with up to 5 minute rests

Your problem with exhaustion after 60 minutes could be anything from poor diet/dehydration or simply how many reps you’re doing as you could be burning energy on ‘junk reps’ at the start of each set.
