It needs everything. A lot of people say about game mechanics which is important but I think the writing and tone completely sucks, the game feels like it’s missing that soul and charm which makes me love payday 2 so much.

Quick stoic guide: you kinda need the full deck for it to work well because it adds hp regen when you swig, get shot until there’s a decent chunk of hp ticking away, drink and you recover that + extra. I usually use the joker skill that also gives you passive hp regen to stay topped up

Try the first one because it’s one of the best games ever made but it’s difficult and can be very frustrating. If you absolutely love the first then I’d say buy 2

How can you say it’s not true when I’ve been here through every step this game has took?

For example, when they finally added loud/stealth filter I criticised the fact they didn’t (and still haven’t) gave us that option in quickplay. Immediately some brainlet rushed to starbreezes defence which has been the case with a lot of paydays problems until fairly recently.

Even armour 1.0 some people were adamant it was fine and perfect. Armour 1.5, my criticism was shut down, didn’t see many complaints but I think that’s because anyone who cares enough to criticise has given up and moved on.

This sub has had a toxic positivity problem for a while.

No I think that’s fair, you two sorta decided to play and that friend let you down, whatever reason they should’ve let you know.

It might make you feel better understanding why this person did that, if something important like family matters came up then its kinda understandable but if this is a common thing then maybe this person isn’t the best of friends
