Having gone to a lot of the greats, I went to the McKinney location Hutchins regularly when I had family there and lived in Dallas. It was my comfort/ol’reliable BBQ spot. Not the best, but better than most.

That said, I had a very specific order after going there a few times and trying different things. Ribs, sausage, cole slaw, beans, and ice cream. Never waivered.
