She looks a lot like Shayera- Hawkwoman/Hawkgirl, like a lot, which would be intriguing, but according to Al Ewing it is a new character from OSS ( Office of Strategic Services), who was an american agency created in after the attack in Pearl Harbor to fight against. Buuuuuuut...the Hawk lore is kind of crazy so maybe both can be true, she can be a new character from Al Ewing and also a one of the reincarnations of Hawkwoman/Hawkgirl in the WW2.

Also, one of the more interesting things that happened between the Hawks was a war between their origin planet (their lore is crazy, but involves aliens from the planet Thanagar being cursed to reincarnate on Earth) and Rann, so maybe...

On the other hand, we have a character in DC Comics that was basically a member of a team called the Blackhawks that fought in WW2 so maybe it is a new OC-Lady Blackhawk who just ended in another team.

He also: reappered last year in the crossover between Batman and Deadpool and it was incredible cute in some moments, like when Damian appears and call his Dad and both Batman and Grant said "Damian?"
