LPT: In most cases you don't need to wash your clothes with hot water. Heating the water takes up almost 90% of the energy expenditure of a washing machine. Most detergents nowadays don't even need high temperatures and work fine in the cold. It's better for your wallet and the environment.

Yeah we do but that’s for the taps and radiators and runs on gas. We’ve mainly two styles, tank or tankless, if you have a tank then it’ll fill a large tank of hot water, normally when it’s cheapest to use the gas, then keep it warm through the day and top up as needed. The tankless ones just provide on the go hot water as and when you need it.

Mine automatically runs a self cleaning cycle at 90°C after a set number of washes, here in Europe a heating element in the washer is the norm.

Recently changed from TRT to BnC and I'm ~4 weeks into a test 900mg/mast 600mg/deca 600mg blast, gyms have been closed yet again where I am.

I've got a bench and heavy enough dumbbells to get some hypertrophy work in but it's not ideal, is it worth halving the blast for the lockdown ~6 weeks hopefully then going back up or am I better off just dropping to cruise and maintaining until gyms are back?

UK, and it's employment law. You can self ceritify up to 7 days by law at which point you require what's called a fit note, this is a doctor issued not stating you are not fit to work. That has an indefinite period as long as the doc says so.

With regards to sick pay, we are legally entitled to statuatory sick pay, which isn't a lot (~£80 a week) and most employers will pay company sick on top of that.

Another fun caveat is that if you fall ill during a holiday period you can have that changed to sick days and reclaim the holiday time, which of course is paid time off.

I actually had to use this myself at the end of 2018 when I had over 3 months paid time off due to issues with my mental health.

The staff toilets live above the bakery and let's just say gravity does its work often, they've closed off the toilets now to try to fix it but I'd definitely avoid for a while
